Eligible homes must be part of a production-built community and represent the highest standards in architectural appeal, craftsmanship, and livability. The winning project should demonstrate thoughtful design, efficient use of space, and attention to detail, while meeting the needs of today's homeowners and setting a benchmark for excellence in Durham Region's residential market.
