Description
This award honors a builder, architect, or designer who has delivered an exceptional custom-built home that exemplifies superior craftsmanship, innovative design, and attention to detail. A custom home is defined as: A single, detached dwelling. Constructed and fully completed to qualify. A one-of-a-kind design, not a minor modification of a production home. Has been built only once.
Requirements
This category is open to all DRHBA member builders, architects, and designers in good standing. If the builder is not a DRHBA member, the winning architect or designer will receive sole recognition for the award. The winning project should reflect creativity, functionality, and quality, showcasing the ability to bring a client's unique vision to life with excellence and precision.
