AWARD JUDGING 

The Durham Region Homebuilders' Association uses independent judges to ensure that all nominees receive a fair chance of winning their category. Online judging will take place from February 28, 2026 to March 8, 2026.

To qualify to be a judge, one must:

Be 18 years of age or older.

Be involved in the housing industry.

Not be a member of DRHBA.

Not be nominated for an award.
